Vexillum is the name of a new tweak that lets you change the color to the banner of notifications of IOS 5. The application requires a Jailbroken device and it can be classified as a minor tweak to make changes to the user interface of Apple’s devices without weighing it down or distorting full themes.

After installation, go to the main Setting Vexillum. The RGB color slides are in the setting for user to customize to fit their will.
